Learn to teach and practice authentic, purposeful yin yoga with this 25-hour Yoga Alliance approved curriculum, created and taught by Katy Joe DeSantis, E-RYT500, YACEP.
Work under both an eastern and western lens to create a holistic view and deeper understanding of anatomy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the physical and emotional bodies involved in the yin practice.
Gain the skills and knowledge to teach and practice true yin with purpose and intention. Create deeper healing in your body and the bodies of your students.
This course is open to yoga instructors as well as those simply interested in immersing themselves in yin yoga. Yoga Alliance certified instructors will receive 25 Continuing Education Requirements, and all who complete the program will receive a certificate of completion.
