Sankalpa is a Sanskrit term in yogic philosophy that refers to a heartfelt desire, a solemn vow, an intention, or a resolve to do something. This training journey is a commitment to a deeper understanding of Self, to care for others, and to live with intention.
Through 12 weeks on in-person at at-home learning, you’ll learn how to teach and practice traditional, authentic, and intuitive alignment-based vinyasa in this program. Beginners and experienced yogis who are ready to dive deeper into practice with goals of self-awareness and community care are welcome to join.
Join Katy Joe, E-RYT500, YACEP, for a training that has been over a decade in the making. Whether you are looking to start your teaching journey, continue it, or simply to deepen your personal practice, this training moves intentionally through the eight limbs of yoga to give you a solid foundation and framework to teach safe, knowledgeable, and transformational yoga, as well as the tools to understand yourself more deeply through the power of this ancient practice.
